Abingworth invests in outstanding entrepreneurs, ideally with a proven track record of success. Our specialist team takes an active, long-term approach to supporting management through open and clear communication. Aside from its role on the board, Abingworth will provide technical and managerial support as required. This can include assistance with recruitment, preparation of a business plan, finding premises or putting together a syndicate of investors. We will also help with M&A, exits and IPOs, including input on drafting documentation and presentations.
