Labcyte has developed and commercialised novel ultrasound-based technology for moving and analysing very small amounts of liquid (picolitres). This has broad applications in the life science tools market including microarrays, dispensing equipment and living cell transfer devices. The company was acquired by Beckman Coulter in January 2019.
